We have a few ways you can start your Reformer Pilates Journey with us. Our 5-Week Beginner course is the most comprehensive, breaking down the fundamentals of the machine and exercises. However, we know some people cannot commit to 5-Weeks therefore you can attend our 2-Hour Workshop which is a condensed version of the course. Or if you don't want to wait why not book a 1-2-1 session and learn everything you need to know tailored to your abilities.
