Foundation is where every Reformer journey begins at Flex & Flow. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after time away, or simply want to refine your technique, this class is designed to give you the confidence and understanding to move well from the very beginning.

Classic Reformer Class
Rooted in the traditional principles of Pilates, this class focuses on core stability, precise movement, and mindful breathing while guiding participants through a series of flowing exercises. It is suitable for beginners and all levels, as the reformer’s adjustable resistance allows for modifications and progressions based on individual ability. Beginners benefit from the added support and guided movements, while more experienced participants can deepen their practice with greater challenge and refinement. This class provides a low-impact, full-body workout that improves posture, mobility, and overall body awareness, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to build strength and move with ease.

Level-Up Reformer
A Level-Up Reformer class is designed for those looking to progress beyond the foundational movements of a Classical Reformer session, offering a slightly more advanced and dynamic experience. This class builds on core Pilates principles while introducing more challenging variations, increased resistance, and seamless transitions to enhance strength, endurance, and coordination. While still accessible to those with a solid understanding of reformer basics, it encourages participants to refine their technique, deepen their core engagement, and explore more complex movement patterns. Ideal for those ready to take the next step in their Pilates journey, the Level-Up class provides a balanced mix of control, flow, and intensity while maintaining the supportive, low-impact nature of reformer training.

Jump Reformer
A Jump Reformer class adds an energetic twist to traditional reformer Pilates by incorporating the jump board, a padded, spring-loaded attachment that allows for low-impact, horizontal jumping. This dynamic class blends cardio, strength, and control, creating a fun yet challenging workout that enhances lower-body power, core stability, and endurance. The gentle, joint-friendly impact makes it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, offering an effective way to elevate heart rate while maintaining the precision and control of Pilates. Private Classes - 1-2-1 or 2-2-1
Perhaps you are suffering from aches and pains such as back pain, hip pain or maybe you are recovering from an injury. Our 1-2-1 Private Sessions are great to have that one on one tuition from our teacher. These sessions will be tailored to your goals and will give you the confidence you need. Our 1-2-1 sessions are great if you cannot commit to our course of workshop, simply have a couple of 1-2-1 sessions and then you can attend any of our classes.
