Beginner Yoga/Gentle Yoga

This class is slow paced in nature and is open to all. You don't need any previous yoga experience to attend. You can expect lots of 1-2-1 attention with class structure to work on progressions over time. Perfect for those just starting out and looking to improve their mobility and movement.

Gentle Stretch Class

Experience the healing power of yoga with Natalie, our passionate owner and physiotherapist, in our Physio-Led Yoga class. Suitable for all levels, this slow-paced session prioritises mobility and technique, with Natalie expertly adapting basic yoga poses to suit your individual requirements. While the class may present challenges, rest assured that all levels are welcome, making it the perfect choice for those seeking relief from aches and pains while nurturing body and soul.

Improvers Yoga

This is a class for people wanting to start to level up from the beginners yoga class. More complex postures will be introduced along with sun salutations, Sanskrit language and a deeper understanding of the tradition of yoga. Anyone is welcome to this class, but a foundation of previous yoga experience would be advised.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga where we will flow through our poses synchronising Breath and Movement. This class takes a slow flow approach, using MINDFUL movement that is led by the BREATH! By Cultivating a deep connection to your breath this class will invigorate the physical body leaving you feeling warm, while energising the subtle body, allowing you to drop into a deep sense of relaxation and calm! This class is slightly more physically challenging but beginners with no movement issues are welcome and modifications for challenging poses will be offered!

Yoga for all stiff bodies and athletes

This class is not just for athletes and everybody is welcome! Anybody who would like to improve their mobility and quality of movement will benefit from this class and no previous yoga experience is required. This class blends classic yoga postures with movements that focus on improving mobility over flexibility. And creates strength and stability to support athletic performance – and everyday life!
