OUR REFORMER PATHWAY
Foundations

Classic
Utilising classic movements to enhance strength, stability and control.
Level-up
Building on balance and strength using more challenging movements.
Our Reformer Pathway
At Flex & Flow, we don’t believe in guessing your way through classes.
We’ve created a clear, structured Reformer pathway so you always know what you’re working towards — and continue to progress with confidence.

Foundation
Your starting point.
Our Foundation classes build the fundamentals — breathing, alignment, control and technique. You’ll learn how the reformer works, develop body awareness, and create strong movement patterns that set you up for long-term success.

Classic
Once you’re confident in the basics, you’ll move into Classic.
This is where you experience the full magic of Reformer Pilates — flowing sequences that challenge strength, stability and control. Expect to build muscle endurance, improve posture and move with greater precision.

Level-Up
Ready for more?
Level-Up introduces more advanced variations, increased coordination demands, and greater balance and strength challenges. This is where your control truly shines and your confidence grows.
Our pathway ensures you never feel lost, rushed or left behind — just supported, challenged and progressing at the right pace for you.
