Service Description
Whether you're new to Pilates Reformer or returning after some time away, our 5-week course is the ideal way to get started. With small class sizes limited to just 6 participants, you'll receive personalised attention from our skilled instructors. They will teach you the fundamental principles of Reformer Pilates, ensuring you practice safely and effectively. Each week, you'll progress through a variety of exercises designed to enhance your mobility and strength. By the end of the course, you'll be fully prepared to join any of our F&F Reformer classes with confidence. *Price Includes - One Pair of Sticky Grip Socks*
Cancellation Policy
If you have never done pilates reformer before or have only completed a couple of classes you are required to complete the 6 week beginner course or at least 2x 1-2-1 sessions or 3x 2-2-1 sessions prior to being able to attend any class on our timetable. If you have experience of reformer and have completed classes elsewhere we only require you to complete the 4 week block where this will progress your skills. I understand I have read the course description and have selected the most relevant to my level of reformer pilates. To cancel or reschedule your booking please do this online via logging in to the website or app at least 12 hours prior to your class.
