Kathryn's classes are suitable for beginners - intermediate and she aims to make them inclusive,enjoyable, and challenging! To quote Joseph Pilates, the creator of the Pilates Method - 'You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions'
